1. Class and Program Registrations

The contract shall be formed when Row4All confirms participant’s or group registration, and have received the required payment.

Participation in our activities entails some risk of injury. All staff employed to run programs for Row4All are trained and appropriately qualified to run all the activities and act in order to limit the risk of injury. Participants must however acknowledge the inherent risks and act in their own best interests.

Before participating in our programs, all participants must acknowledge completion of our online safety course, and submit signed liability waiver.

Participants under the age of 18 years must have the explicit permission of his/her parent or guardian before being able to take part in any activity/class offered by Row4All. The parent or guardian needs to be aware and accept the risks involved in our activities, as well as accept the Row4All Terms and Conditions on behalf of their minor.

All registrations and participation are on the basis that the customer will, at all times, observe the safety regulations set by the activity provider.

All information is provided in good faith, and is accurate at the time of being published.
2. Payments and Fees

Online payments to be made via Credit Card, PayPal, or Venmo.

Cheques should be made payable to ROW4ALL NFP (unless otherwise instructed). Payment should be sent to; ROW4ALL NFP, 218 Heather Ln, Wilmette, IL 60091. Balance payments must be received prior to confirmation as no reminders will be sent.

Accepted credit/debit cards are Visa and MasterCard.
3. Cancellation by the Participant

All cancellations must be made by phone, email, or in writing. Row4All will acknowledge a cancellation within 48 hours of receiving it. Until the participant has received cancellation confirmation, the original registration remains valid.

For cancellations, the participant will be charged on the following basis:

If we are made aware that you wish to cancel within 72 hours of your course or activity, you will lose your payment and we will be unable to offer makeup sessions.

If we are given 7 days notice, we can offer a 50% credit.

No full credits will be offered.

Late arrivals and no shows constitute as a cancellation and will be treated as such. No refunds or makeup classes will be given.
4. Cancellation by Row4All
-
While every attempt is made to ensure that classes/activities run, Row4All may at times need to cancel due to unsafe conditions or unforeseen circumstances for the class/activity. If this happens, we shall inform the customer as soon as is feasibly possible.

Row4All reserves the right to cancel classes where numbers have failed to reach a required minimum. In this case, we shall notify the participants about the class cancellation not less than five days prior to the commencement of the class.

In the event of a cancellation by Row4All, customers will be offered the choice of a full refund of the fee paid, vouchers to the same value or a makeup class on a different date.

Special cancellation terms & conditions may apply for a specific class. This will be addressed in the description of the class.
5. Complaints Procedure

In case you are not entirely happy with your experience at Row4All, please notify us at your earliest convenience by phone or email. We will send you a complaint form to be filled out, and will aim to get back to you within 3 working days after receipt of the form.

The above complaint procedure applies also to the request/dispute refund decisions.

No complaint/refund will be considered without the completion of the complaint/refund form.
6. Photographs and Video
-
At times, photographs and/or video recordings that are taken during activities and classes may appear in brochures, promotional materials, our website or social media platforms. If participants do not wish for their photographs or video recordings to be used in any of the above mentioned promotional material, they should inform Row4All before the start of the activities.
7. Safety Regulations
-
Our activities and classes take place in various natural environments where there are natural hazards and risks to manage. Every effort will be made by staff to provide realistic training in a safe manner. Participants registered for our classes are expected to comply with all safety guidance and instructions given by class coach and other staff members.

All participants must be proficient swimmers and able to swim at least 200 yards without stopping, and tread water for 10 minutes.

All participants need to confirm completion of our safety course (USRowing safety video and Concussion Management), prior to engaging in any of our activities.
8. Behavior Expectations
-
Behavior that disrupts the smooth running of a class may result in the disruptive individual(s) being excluded. Any damage caused to property or equipment as a result of unruly behavior will be charged for.

No person should be under the influence of alcohol or any other substance before or during the activities. If a person is found to be under the influence of any such a substance, they will be immediately excluded from the activity/class.

No monies will be refunded if the person is excluded due to the participation under the influence of alcohol or any other mind altering substance.
9. Personal Property

Personal belongings are at all times the responsibility of the participant.
-
Row4All will not be responsible for any stolen or damaged personal belongings.
